1. Information supplied by third parties
Zene’s catalogue and entertainment information may originate from publishers, directories, users, or automated source retrieval. Titles, credits, artwork, lyrics, concert dates, availability, charts, and biographical information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Retrieval and caching can mean that a source has changed before a displayed item is refreshed.
Check the original provider, venue, organiser, or official seller before relying on an event date, ticket offer, price, or availability statement. A link or listing is not a guarantee that an external business is legitimate, that an event will occur, or that its terms match a cached description.
2. Information about identifiable people
Celebrity and public-figure information can affect privacy and reputation. Zene does not represent a rumour, relationship listing, or source statement as independently verified merely because it appears in a discovery feature. A disclaimer does not excuse publication that violates applicable rights.
An affected person or authorised representative can identify a disputed listing and request correction or removal at work@zenemusic.co. Include the Zene URL, what is inaccurate or inappropriate, and a reliable correction where available. Avoid disclosing additional sensitive information unnecessarily.
3. External services and advice
External links and embedded content are operated under the provider’s terms and privacy practices. Zene does not control every change a provider makes and cannot restore a stream or item the provider lawfully removes or restricts. A link does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or a licence for further copying.
Entertainment content is not professional medical, financial, legal, or other individual advice. Seek a qualified professional for decisions requiring that expertise. Zene is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
4. Availability and mandatory remedies
Services can be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, compatibility changes, or upstream restrictions. No promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability is made. Paid-service descriptions and mandatory conformity or refund rights remain applicable even where a problem originated with a supplier.
Any permitted warranty or liability limitation is subject to the Terms of Service and mandatory law. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, other non-excludable conduct, or a statutory privacy, safety, consumer, or intellectual-property obligation. Describing a use as discovery, caching, or entertainment does not make an otherwise unlawful practice lawful.
